TERMS

The first thing to determine will be whether you would like us to work by the hour or to give you a flat rate for the entire project. Our hourly rates for editing are 65.00 per hour and 80.00 per hour if it is a rush job.

For video shoots we can do custom pricing based on the specifics of your project i.e. number of days of shooting, amount of footage and final running time.
When this is unclear we charge 150.00 per hour for shooting.

We've worked with clients all over the world. If the client is local we have a face to face meeting. Usually the shoot ensues and after that you can either work with us on the editing at our studio or what I prefer is to use the web to upload lower resolution drafts and email you a link to that draft. We can talk on the phone or via email until the piece is looking just how you want it to look. After that we arrange delivery. Pmvideo covers regular mail costs with you the client handling any Fedex or UPS shipments.

Regarding payment, we always require a deposit equal to one half of the total to get started. The second half will be due once you have approved the final draft of the video and before it is delivered to you. After delivery, any future changes to the video would result in extra charges.
